I have been using JK for 4 or 5 years. They are absolutely reliable and totally stand behind everything they do. The quality of the work is outstanding. No matter what the trouble is with a computer they have the know-how and technical skill to handle even the most difficult problems. JK also handles my daughter's business computers and it was because of the excellent work they did for her that I came to use their services.I cannot recommend them highly enough. By the way, their prices are very reasonable. Another reason to become a customer.

My husband and I are elderly and due to medical issues, homebound. We needed a new printer. I called JK Techs and they were more than happy to help! They ordered the printer and came yesterday to install it! It was connected and printing in just a few minutes. Both my husband and I simultaneously got an alert on our phones that they had been affected with a virus. The Apple logo looked legit and the settings icon looked legit as well! I told my husband not to click on it and I did the same. Although that was not the reason for his visit, he looked at both phones and confirmed it was a scam! He cleaned out a lot of junk and now are phones are operating more efficiently! I cannot recommend this company highly enough! Although somewhat capable, we just don’t have the knowledge nor skills to deal with a problem like this! He did it quickly, efficiently, effectively and with a cheerful attitude. If you need “techpertise” this is the company you want to call! And, no, I am not his Mom…he was that good!

They were very professional and fixed my laptop in about a week. He was able to diagnose the problem on the spot and give me all of my options. Their prices are really good compared to some local shops and the best part for me was that they will pick up and drop off your machine or device at your home if you're too busy to take it to them. This is my 3rd or 4th time using them for different laptops over the years and they've always done an excellent job.
