I was given Javier's number by a friend. He responded promptly and actually came to Mahwah which is a drive for him. He explained to me in detail what to expect and took my computer to work on. He returned the computer and again explained what he did and also help set up my new Router. Very patient and knowledgeable. I also will add his bill for services was reasonable and fair. I would highly recommend reaching out with any computer issues that you have.

I made a huge mistake in hiring an online company for in home service to repair my laptop which was overheating and shutting down. The technician took three hours at $198 per hour but the computer continued to overheat and shut down. I found JK Tech Solutions on Angie's List and I couldn't be happier. Karen and Javier took the time to show me what needed to be done and, following the service, showed me the dust they had removed from the fan that the other tech had claimed to have cleaned. Their charge was $69.95 and my computer has been running perfectly for over a week now. I shall definitely be calling Javier and Karen for any of my future computer needs.

Javier has excellent work ethics!! I needed help fixing my laptop due to some deadlines at work and he was so nice to understand that and diagnosed the computer issue very promptly. He was right on time for the appointment, finished the work quickly, extremely professional and more importantly I was able to get all this done in the comfort of my home without having to scramble and drive long distances to get the job done. The price of the services is also affordable unlike most other computer diagnostics and repair shops! I hope I don't have any issues in the future, but if I do, JK tech solutions are the only computer Doctors that I would go to! Keep up the good work.

I've known Javier for about 6 years now. He's very knowledgeable about computers n printers n has helped me out numerous times. My only complaint is he never comes between the time frame he specifies n usually late without calling me to let me know he's running late, which affects my entire day n sometimes into the evening, like Wed. he was 1 hr n 20 min. late, thus I was 20 min. Late getting to my evening class that I paid for. Professionals can't do this to their clients without giving them some type if compensation. I m extremely busy. Insensitivity to a committment gone over time makes for bad relations.
