The owner is really nice. I came here twice and they all fixed my computer. The first time they help me change me broken Macbook pro screen which only took me 1 hr after they ordered the screen. And this time I spilled coffee on my Mac. They helped me to dry the computer and copied all my information to my mobile hard drive. They do things fast and very reliable, plus they charge a reasonable price. If there is any problem on my computer or phone, I will definitely come back.read more

Sent an email to (4) Computer Repair businesses looking for service. Javier responded with a text and said he would call at 10am, which he did. Still waiting for the other (3) to respond. That says a lot about his business. Made arrangements to drop off my desktop for repairs and upgrades. Javier and Karen were courteous and knowledgeable. Service, parts and associated fees were explained and seemed reasonable. When I came back to pick up the computer, Javier spent the time to review what he did and made sure I was comfortable with the upgrades before I left the shop. After being told our Geek Squad protection plan wasn't sufficient to have our computer fixed, we turned to JK Techs instead. I brought the computer to Javier one morning, expecting I'd have to leave it for a few days. But he quickly diagnosed the problem and within 45 minutes was finished with the repair. We got the computer back in just one trip to his office, quite a convenience. The bill was very reasonable, so we cancelled our coverage with Geek Squad and will certainly be contacting Javier if there are any other computer issues in the future.read more

- Very good service. I got my desktop fixed with them. NO headache! Just a little slow than what I expected. but, that's ok. I have a laptop home to use instead. Fair price, 100 usd. They give you 30 days warranty as well. They have a lot of pcs to fix everyday, you have to wait in the line. So, be a little patient. It might take 3 days or more. I will go back to them again....but hopefully, my pc won't break down any moreread more
