Took a little longer than expected to do a computer cleaning / AV installation. Price was fair, there is a $5 off coupon if you "like" them on facebook. Service was courteous. Found it slightly difficult to get in and out of their parking lot (they're located right in Wappingers Falls, where the roads are steep and parking is generally tight anyway).read more

Karen and her business partner Javier cannot be more helpful when you are dazed and confused, as we all are, with technology! They are unbelievably competent and calm, cool and collected when troubleshooting your problems. Give them a call and turn all your computer problems over to them. I can't vouch for them fixing anything for me, but I happened to go In right around closing because I needed a screen protecter for my iPhone (I had taken my scratched and dirty one off only to realize I had bought the wrong size to put back on). Even though they should have been closing the guy was super nice and helpful. He put the screen guard on for me too which was amazing because I HATE putting those stupid things on, haha. I'd go back for sure if I needed something elseread more

There were problems with my cable network an he needed to wait until that was fixed before he could finish and he stayed until everything was perfect! So knowledgeable and so nice! Sent an email to (4) Computer Repair businesses looking for service. Javier responded with a text and said he would call at 10am, which he did. Still waiting for the other (3) to respond. That says a lot about his business. Made arrangements to drop off my desktop for repairs and upgrades. Javier and Karen were courteous and knowledgeable. Service, parts and associated fees were explained and seemed reasonable. When I came back to pick up the computer, Javier spent the time to review what he did and made sure I was comfortable with the upgrades before I left the shop. Would use his business again and highly recommended.read more
Karen was extremely patient with me (a total knucklehead when it comes to computers). She spent more time than I expected with me fixing the problems I was having with my computer and explaining what she did and how I can avoid those problems in the future. - I have a pc laptop with a touch screen. I dropped it and the screen broke. I called around and hands down Javier was responsive, accessible, and willing to work with me to find the right screen at the best price. This was not a simple fit and took some research on his part. He knows the landscape very well and understands service and fair pricing. As soon as the part came in he was able to fix it that day within 45 minutes. Javier travels for a very low fee to your door. His office is also in a very accessible location. I will be using him for all tech concerns I. After being told our Geek Squad protection plan wasn't sufficient to have our computer fixed, we turned to JK Techs instead. I brought the computer to Javier one morning, expecting I'd have to leave it for a few days. But he quickly diagnosed the problem and within 45 minutes was finished with the repair. We got the computer back in just one trip to his office, quite a convenience. The bill was very reasonable, so we cancelled our coverage with Geek Squad and will certainly be contacting Javier if there are any other computer issues in the future.read more
