TRUSTWORTHY SERVICE AT VERY REASONABLE PRICES.My Macbook Pro stopped working altogether 1/19/17. After spending about 4 hours on the phone with Apple Support just to realize I wasn't going to be able to take the next remedial steps I started looking for local tech support near Rhinebeck. Javier was the first person to return my call and the only one able to help. I was in his Hopewell office the next day dropping my computer off for a new hard drive. Unable to get back down to his office 40 minutes away, Javier delivered my fixed computer to my home for a nominal fee on the 26th. He charged me no more than he said he would: the cost of the new SSD and his very reasonable labor for installing it. Everything worked well. For a day. Even though the glitch turned out to be the brand new SSD which was outside of his control, Javier assumed responsibility of the situation and replaced the faulty SSD with a brand new one, at no cost to me. I was and am very grateful to Javier for looking after me. I was able to collect my fixed Mac before leaving the country for several months - hence the delayed review. But now I can testify that my mac has been working perfectly ever since Javier fixed it 5 months ago. Javier and his lovely wife Karen make an honest, professional, trust-worthy, and courteous partnership. I'd return to them if I needed help with my computer again, and I recommend them highly.

hello hudson valley, once again another great experience with jk tech solutions in hopewell jct. javier and karen delivered as promised about my dell laptop. i would not go anywhere else but to these guys. geek squad and other tech outfit has nothing on jk tech sloutions. their prices are great and they don't sell you stuff you don't need.they even text you back when you send them a text, now thats personal service.

I was given Javier's number by a friend. He responded promptly and actually came to Mahwah which is a drive for him. He explained to me in detail what to expect and took my computer to work on. He returned the computer and again explained what he did and also help set up my new Router. Very patient and knowledgeable. I also will add his bill for services was reasonable and fair. I have been using JK for 4 or 5 years. They are absolutely reliable and totally stand behind everything they do. The quality of the work is outstanding. No matter what the trouble is with a computer they have the know-how and technical skill to handle even the most difficult problems. JK also handles my daughter's business computers and it was because of the excellent work they did for her that I came to use their services.I cannot recommend them highly enough. Sent an email to (4) Computer Repair businesses looking for service. Javier responded with a text and said he would call at 10am, which he did. Still waiting for the other (3) to respond. That says a lot about his business. Made arrangements to drop off my desktop for repairs and upgrades. Javier and Karen were courteous and knowledgeable. Service, parts and associated fees were explained and seemed reasonable. When I came back to pick up the computer, Javier spent the time to review what he did and made sure I was comfortable with the upgrades before I left the shop. Would use his business again and highly recommended
